We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Azores & Madeira
  • Spain
  • European Union

You cannot place orders to countries outside the above listed regions.

 

SHIPPING COSTS & FREE SHIPPING

Shipping costs vary depending on delivery destination and total order value. All prices include VAT and will be calculated at checkout.

Mainland Portugal

  • Standard Shipping: 5,90€
  • Free shipping on orders over 100€ (incl. VAT)

Azores & Madeira

  • Standard Shipping: 5,90€
  • Free shipping on orders over 100€ (incl. VAT)

Spain (Mainland)

  • Standard Shipping: 6,90€
  • Free shipping on orders over 100€ (incl. VAT)

European Union

  • Standard Shipping: 9,90€
  • Free shipping on orders over 100€ (incl. VAT)

 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Portugal Continental: 1–4 business days
  • Spain Mainland: 2–5 business days
  • Azores & Madeira: 3–7 business days
  • EU Deliveries: 3–10 business days, depending on destination and courier

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to peak periods, courier delays, or local conditions.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

 

PROCESSING & DISPATCH

  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Processing time is usually 1–2 business days before dispatch.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to follow your delivery with the courier.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We do not ship to countries outside Portugal, Spain, and the EU.
  • Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be delayed or cancelled.

 

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

For shipments within the European Union, all applicable taxes and duties are included in the prices shown at checkout.
